Guilherme Rossi Cuppoloni
Founder of GR Properties, Guilherme worked for more than 5 years at Rossi Residencial, a major Brazilian real estate developer, where he created new joint ventures in inland cities in the State of São Paulo and structured the brokerage firm LR, a joint venture between Rossi and Lopes, that sold more than R$ 150 MM in 2007. Guilherme is a founding member of CJE-FIESP, a group with over 500 young entrepreneurs, of which he was Executive Director until 2007. Graduated in Business Administration at FGV-SP, with Post Graduation in Real Estate at FAAP and in Finance at IBMEC.

Francisco Ayres Vicentini
Civil Engineer , graduated at UMC/1979, with expertise in construction management by EPUSP – Fundação Vanzolini with more than 30 years in the market, he has participated in the expansion of companies such as FORD DO BRASIL, GENERAL MOTORS, BRASINCA, HOECHT, ASEA BROWN BOVERI, TRORION, METALDYNE, OGURA CLUICH, AÇOFRAN, ELETROCLORO and IRMÃOS GUIMARÃES.
He has also worked in the implementation of retail stores in the WEST PLAZA and ARICANDUVA SHOPPINGS in São Paulo and SHOPPING GALERIA in Campinas. He implemented stores such as C&A, LOJAS AMERICANAS, PLAYLAND, BILLBROSS, PÉ DE ATLETA and CHOCOLATE. Has coordinated projects and execution in more than 200.000 m² of residential and commercial buildings and corporate constructions in DERSA S/A DESENVOLVIMENTO RODOVIÁRIO and INSS INSTITUTO NACIONAL DA SEGURIDADE SOCIAL. He also has developed an industrial condominium in Indaiatuba/SP in 330.000 m² area.

André Tagliassachi Gavazza
Civil Engineer, graduated at UNICAMP / SP, post graduated in Real Estate Investments by EAESP / FGV and actually doing post graduation in Administration at EAESP / FGV. André has experience in development of new business, economic and financial analysis, negotiation and product development of industrial and retail projects. Knowledge in construction management, assembly, designs and supervision. Worked in the expansion of companies such as: ecsi, Flextronics, Cacau-show, Controlflex and Cosinox.

Roberto Andrade
Graduated in Business Administration at FGV-SP, with expertise in credit analysis, finance and administration. Previously, Roberto worked as an intern at Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse Brasil and as partner of micro companies in the retail sector.

Lais Rauen Santos Maciel
Lawyer, graduated at UNIP-SP, with experience in the legal, administrative and commercial departments.
Laís is a Business Administration Post Graduation Student at FAAP.

Alexandre Jose Selegatto
Civil Engineer, graduating from the Catholic University of Campinas - PUC Campinas. Extensive experience abroad with both completed high school in the United States and Brazil. He has experience in construction sites in the technical area, projects, and sector planning. Currently working in the area of real estate, focused on prospecting areas and new business development in the industrial property market and retail.

André Albuquerque Cardinali
Civil Engineer, graduating from the Polytechnic School, University of São Paulo. He has experience in construction sites and supervision of technical services. In addition to living abroad with courses in Strategy, Marketing and Business English. Currently working in the area of real estate, focused on prospecting areas and developing new business in real estate industry and retail.

Raquel Teixeira Gesualdo
Business Administrator, graduated at Centro Universitário Paulistano – UniPaulista. She has experience in contract attendance and controlling, keeping and examining the records of money received, paid and owed.

Tiago Olivetti Ferreira
Studying Civil Engineering at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie de São Paulo / SP, 6th semester. Trainee in real estate, focused in land prospection and project development for industrial and retail.

Thaís Anselmo Coelho Pinto
Currently graduating in Literature and Linguistics in French and Portuguese at the University of São Paulo (USP), and French Language at the Alliance Française. She has worked as a saleswoman and administrative assistant at Livraria da Praça, and has experience as a recepcionist in the area of events.
