Guilherme Rossi Cuppoloni
Founder of GR Properties, Guilherme worked for more than 5 years at Rossi Residencial, a major Brazilian real estate developer, where he created new joint ventures in inland cities in the State of São Paulo and structured the brokerage firm LR, a joint venture between Rossi and Lopes, that sold more than R$ 150 MM in 2007. Guilherme is a founding member of CJE-FIESP, a group with over 500 young entrepreneurs, of which he was Executive Director until 2007. Graduated in Business Administration at FGV-SP, with Post Graduation in Real Estate at FAAP and in Finance at IBMEC.

Francisco Ayres Vicentini
Civil Engineer , graduated from UMC/1979, with expertise in construction management by EPUSP – Fundação Vanzolini with more than 30 years in the market, he has participated in the expansion of companies such as FORD DO BRASIL, GENERAL MOTORS, BRASINCA, HOECHT, ASEA BROWN BOVERI, TRORION, METALDYNE, OGURA CLUICH, AÇOFRAN, ELETROCLORO and IRMÃOS GUIMARÃES.
He has also worked in the implementation of retail stores in the WEST PLAZA and ARICANDUVA SHOPPINGS in São Paulo and SHOPPING GALERIA in Campinas. He implemented stores such as C&A, LOJAS AMERICANAS, PLAYLAND, BILLBROSS, PÉ DE ATLETA and CHOCOLATE. Has coordinated projects and execution in more than 200.000 m² of residential and commercial buildings and corporate constructions in DERSA S/A DESENVOLVIMENTO RODOVIÁRIO and INSS INSTITUTO NACIONAL DA SEGURIDADE SOCIAL. He also has developed an industrial condominium in Indaiatuba/SP in 330.000 m² area.

André Tagliassachi Gavazza
Civil Engineer, graduated from UNICAMP / SP, post graduated in Real Estate Investments by EAESP / FGV, with post graduation in Administration at EAESP / FGV. André has experience in development of new business, economic and financial analysis, negotiation and product development of industrial and retail projects. Knowledge in construction management, assembly, designs and supervision. Worked in the expansion of companies such as: ecsi, Flex Buildingstronics, Cacau-show, ControlFlex Buildings and Cosinox.

André Albuquerque Cardinali
Civil Engineer, graduated from the Polytechnic School, University of São Paulo. Currently taking a post degree course, CBA (Certificate in Business Administration) in Insper. He has experience in construction sites and supervision of technical services. In addition to living abroad with courses in Strategy, Marketing and Business English. Working in the area of real estate, focused on prospecting areas and developing new business in real estate industry and retail.

Alexandre Jose Selegatto
Civil Engineer, graduating from the Catholic University of Campinas - PUC Campinas. Extensive experience abroad with both completed high school in the United States and Brazil. He has experience in construction sites in the technical area, projects, and sector planning. Currently working in the area of real estate, focused on prospecting areas and new business development in the industrial property market and retail.

Tiago Olivetti Ferreira
Studying Civil Engineering at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie de São Paulo / SP, 7th semester. Trainee in real estate, focused in land prospection and project development for industrial and retail.

Roberto Andrade
Graduated in Business Administration at FGV-SP, with expertise in credit analysis, finance and administration. Previously, Roberto worked as an intern at Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse Brasil and as partner of micro companies in the retail sector.

Daniel Ricardo Salles Garcia
Graduated in Public Administration at FGV-SP, he is taking a post graduation in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at FIA/USP-SP. He has experience in consulting, marketing and real estate investments. Previously, Daniel worked as an intern at Itaú Brokerage and as an analyst at RB Capital, Accenture and at Orthofix. Currently working in the area of accounting and financial planning. Fluent in english and spanish.

Lais Rauen Santos Maciel
Lawyer, graduated from UNIP University in SP, post graduated in Business Administration at FAAP and actually taking a MBA course in Economic and Financial Management at EAESP / FGV, with experience in legal, administrative and financial departments with focus on cash management and Human Resources.

Paula Scarpari Carlini
Lawyer (OAB/SP 311.253), graduated from Mackenzie University – SP. She served as an intern in the areas of civil, commercial and tax law. She worked both in government agencies as in law firm. Currently working in the area of corporate real estate, following the lawsuits, contracts and other legal activities.

Silvia Cristina do Nascimento Gomes
Financial Management Technologist, graduated from the University Bandeirantes of São Paulo - UNIBAN and actually taking a post graduation in Finance at the University Mackenzie - SP. Silvia has experience on administration and finance with focus on bill payments and budget management. On previous companies, she was part of Team and People Management.

Thaís Anselmo Coelho Pinto
Currently graduating in Literature and Linguistics in French and Portuguese at the University of São Paulo (USP), and French Language at the Alliance Française. She has worked as a saleswoman and administrative assistant at Livraria da Praça, and has experience as a recepcionist in the area of events.

Natália Moraes Capovilla
Graduated in Business Administration with specialization in Financial Management at Anhanguera College, in Valinhos, SP. Currently studying MBA in Accounting at the same college. Expressive experience in Administrative Financial and has acted as Financial Analyst in receive and payable accounts.

Eder Yuji Takeda Ysayama
Trainee in treasury department. Currently graduating in accounting at ETEC / São Paulo. He has experience in administration, commercial and logistics areas.

João de Mello Ribeiro
Graduated in Social Communication at ESPM-SP. João, has experience in consulting and market research department at Cushman & Wakefield Real Estate Consulting operating in the residential, office and industrial marketing and has actively participated in the preparation of market studies for different customers throughout South America. Moreover, has international experience and passages in consultancy department at Great Place to Work® Institute and Business Development and Heritage at Saraiva Bookstore.

Graduated in Business Administration at Faculdade das Americas. She has worked in administrative support at Unibanco and Itau.

Juliana Pereira de Lima
Degree in Translation and Interpreting (English / Portuguese), at São Judas Tadeu University (USJT), with large experience in advertising and marketing area, and as a bilingual educator for children and adolescents.
