History:

GR Properties was established in 2007 to develop quality real estate projects, generating income for qualified investors and for its own portfolio.

Brazilian Market:

Brazil is in full economic growth: interest rates are declining, credit for consumers increased considerably and the companies are investing in the expansion of their production capacity.

The commercial tenancy market in Brazil is in a transformation and consolidation stage due to the fact that companies need more space for their activities.
