History:

GR Properties was established in the end of 2007 by Guilherme Rossi Cuppoloni, an enthusiastic entrepreneur in the Brazilian real estate market.

The objective of this organization is to capture investors’ resources for application in income producing properties.

Brazilian Market:

Brazil is in full economic growth: interest rates are declining, credit for consumers increased considerably and the companies are investing in the expansion of their production capacity.

The commercial tenancy market in Brazil is in a transformation and consolidation stage due to the fact that companies need more space for their activities.
